The Benefits of Collagen (Anti Aging)

on

One supplement that I have seen the most benefits from is soluble collagen. Over time collagen decreases. Pollution, too much sugar, and the natural decrease of collagen production can cause wrinkles, achy joints, brittle hair, saggy skin, and lack of firmness in the body.

You do not need to slide into the ditch of gravity’s pull. You do not need to wake up with aches and pains. You do not need to have limited flexibility. You can maintain health as the years go by. You can maintain firm skin as the years go by.

If you are in your 20s and 30s, you can still add collagen to boost your health! What you do in your youth can set you up for blessing and health in the next phase of adulthood. I have been wearing sunscreen since my teens. I am continuing to care for myself in youth in preparation for adulthood. I am not doing it for vanity purposes. I am doing it for health purposes.

  • Do you want to maintain flexibility as you grow older?
  • Do you want to maintain healthy skin and glow as you grow older?
  • Do you want healthy joints?
  • Do you want healthy, shiny hair?
  • Do you want to healthy muscles?
  • Do you want help with weight management?

Consider, after talking to your physician, about taking collagen. After a year of taking collagen I will testify that my hair, skin, and nails have been radically improved. Collagen also helped with my body fat percentage.

What are your current health concerns? Do you have achy joints, brittle hair or nails, sagging skin, wrinkles, and signs of aging? What are you doing about those issues?

Along with collagen, vitamin C is our friend. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps with natural collagen production.

Another benefit is adequate hydration and resistance training. Drink water! Get enough water to hydrate your body and flush toxins from your system. The photo below is of a woman who took a month challenge to drink 3 liters of water a day. She did not have a face lift. She drank water.

Resistance training helps to maintain health as well, shape, and promotes joint health.

It also helps with diminishing the signs of aging. You do not need to slide into a crippled lifestyle because the time on the clock is passing.

So my encouragement is take care of yourself! Check out some collagen supplements, drink water, and take care of your body.
