Thanks to those who have signed up to follow this blog! Here are some things I wanted to share with you.

1. Your privacy. I will not sell your email info, give out your email info, nor will I send you anything. The only emails you will receive will be from this site. I value your privacy.

2. Topics. I am open to hearing your suggestions. Example: More recipes, or more info on fitness…etc..I am walking through the process of becoming a Wellness Advocate for my company so anything I learn there, I will pass on to you. Who knows, I may even end up teaching kick-boxing or boxing classes before the year is over.

3. Posts. You can decide how often you get alerts from this site. I will post daily some weeks and sporadically other weeks. Tailor it for what best suits you.
